By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the site or register for training with HeLa Harley Elite Academy.

7. Refund & Reschedule Policy

7.1 Refunds

  • Customers may request a full refund within 14 days of payment if the course has not yet been attended.
  • Once a course has been attended, whether online or in-clinic, refunds cannot be granted.
  • Course deposits are non-refundable, as they secure trainer time, clinical space and model preparation.

7.2 Rescheduling

  • Customers may request to reschedule their training date once, provided that at least 30 days’ written notice is given.
  • Any rescheduling request is subject to trainer and venue availability.

7.3 Cancellations by HeLa Harley Elite Academy

  • If a course must be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including illness, force majeure, or venue issues, an alternative training date will be offered.
  • We are not responsible for travel or accommodation costs incurred by delegates.

7.4 Conduct

We reserve the right to withdraw delegates who are disruptive, defamatory, or who otherwise impede the learning environment.
